Barbi Higinbotham

brings over 25 years of combined experience in education and sales leadership. This dual background gives her a unique perspective on combining instructional expertise with strategic, results-driven sales practices. She has served as a classroom teacher, curriculum writer, and instructional leader in multiple New Jersey school districts. Barbi has designed and implemented curriculum in Language Arts and Social Studies for grades 1–8, integrated research-based programs such as SAAVAS, Fundations, Go Math, Big Ideas, and Teacher’s College, and led initiatives to support student achievement through personalized and data-driven instruction.

Barbi holds a Master of Arts in Education and multiple New Jersey certifications, including K–5, Preschool–3rd, Social Studies, and Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD). She is recognized for her ability to mentor colleagues, develop curriculum solutions aligned to district goals, and foster meaningful partnerships between schools, educators, and communities. Her career reflects a deep commitment to improving student outcomes while advancing innovative educational practices.
