Lilia has been part of Learning Alliances for the past 20 years, in its beginnings she worked directly with the coordination of the tutoring program for public school students in Puerto Rico through Title I funds. During the past twelve years (2011), Lilia has excelled in the coordination of Professional Development services to teachers, as well as workshops for parents and families in the communities served by the company.
Lilia also excels in coordinating marketing and promotional services for the company's products. Lilia is one of the great strengths of Learning Alliances.

Ana María De La Cruz Rodríguez
Ana María holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a specialization in Journalism from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. She began her professional career in communications and sales 25 years ago, and for the last 15 years has focused on education, providing services to public and private schools in Puerto Rico. Since 2011, she has been part of our team as an Educational Consultant at Learning Alliances, providing support to schools and districts, designing work plans for teachers, principals, and school staff in the area of Professional Development. Ana is also part of the team of Educational Consultants working on the PBIS project with schools in her area. Ana works directly with schools, districts, and private schools in the San Juan Metropolitan Area and Northern Puerto Rico.
