Lilia has been part of Learning Alliances for the past 20 years, in its beginnings she worked directly with the coordination of the tutoring program for public school students in Puerto Rico through Title I funds. During the past twelve years (2011), Lilia has excelled in the coordination of Professional Development services to teachers, as well as workshops for parents and families in the communities served by the company.

Lilia also excels in coordinating marketing and promotional services for the company's products. Lilia is one of the great strengths of Learning Alliances.

Ana María De La Cruz Rodríguez

Ana María holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Journalism from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. She began her professional career in sales and communications 25 years ago, and for the past 15 years, she has provided services to public and private schools throughout Puerto Rico. Since 2011, Ana María has worked as an Educational Consultant at Learning Alliances providing professional development to teachers, principals, and staff members. She is dedicated to designing and assisting in the implementation of instructional plans for teachers, and her impact reaches parents and families during her well-attended Family Engagement Workshops. Ana is also part of the team of Educational Consultants working with the PBIS project in Puerto Rico.

Ana’s territory includes the Metropolitan and Northern area of Puerto Rico.
